1.1 Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when the client places an order and the contractor accepts the order accordingly. This can be done by e-mail, in writing or verbally. By placing an order, the general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted. This also applies to follow-up transactions, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Oral changes and additions are only effective if they have been confirmed in writing by the contractor. Rebookings or cancellations must be made in writing. The invoices are payable at the latest after 14 days without deduction. The client is not entitled to withhold payments or offset them against their own claims.

1.2 Privacy
Customers and business partners agree that data from their organization will be collected as part of the cooperation. The data are subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and are not made available to third parties.

1.3 Disclaimer
Cooperation is at your own risk and responsibility. 1.4 Subject to change
The contractor is entitled to make necessary changes or deviations in terms of content and organization, provided these do not significantly change the benefit of the cooperation for the participant. If there is an important reason (e.g. illness), he is entitled to replace them with another person who is comparably qualified with regard to the seminar topic or to change the date of the workshop. If a face-to-face event is not possible for official reasons, the training will be held online.

1.5 Cancellation of a workshop for good cause
The contractor reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there is an important reason (e.g. force majeure, illness). If a workshop is canceled, there is no obligation to pay the seminar fee. Seminar fees already paid will be refunded immediately.
